OneLegacy released a new report in March, highlighting the groundbreaking innovations and initiatives we have spearheaded to improve organ, eye and tissue donation while increasing health equity in the process.

As the organ procurement organization (OPO) serving 20 million residents of Southern California, OneLegacy and our team of 400 staff serve as the facilitator for donation and transplantation across the greater Los Angeles region – working with more than 200 hospitals and transplant centers.

This role is emotionally delicate, logistically complex and medically precise, which is why we have remained continually focused on identifying innovations and programs that build on OneLegacy’s history of pioneering, industry-leading standards.
