Writing to Your Loved One’s Recipients OneLegacy facilitates donation only in the following California counties: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, or Kern county. Not all recipients transplanted within these counties received their organ, corneas or tissues from a OneLegacy Donor. OneLegacy can only process requests to meet or contact whole organ recipients from donor families whose loved one donated through OneLegacy. Disclaimer: This request can only be processed if requested by the legal next of kin (LNOK) or authorizing or acknowledging party (AP) of the donor or a person designated by the LNOK/AP to do so. If a request is made by anyone else, OneLegacy will contact the LNOK or AP to verify if their permission is given to provide an update to any person who is not the LNOK/AP.
